Naomi Watts & Liev Schreiber take Alexander to Taverna Tony’s

UPDATE: After watching confronting footage of the family arriving and departing from the restaurant — showing the very close proximity of the paparazzi to the couple and in particular Alexander — I have decided to remove the close-up image of him in his carrier. The footage shows Liev and Naomi’s strong wishes not to have the paparazzi photograph their son so close, with Naomi saying more than once “not [any pictures] now, it’s not a good time.” You can view the image on many other websites and will no doubt be published in next week’s magazines.

I know this raises the question of ‘how close is too close’ for paparazzi pictures, but I just don’t feel comfortable posting an image of their newborn, which Liev and Naomi were so uncomfortable with having taken in the first place.

Aussie actress, Naomi Watts and her fiancee Liev Schreiber took their son Alexander Pete, 3 1/2 weeks with them to have dinner at Taverna Tony’s in Malibu on Sunday August 19 2007.
